Fish Burgers
Fish can be one of those food hated by many kids. Instead of serving it as it is try to make this very quick and simple recipe. I usually make it for the whole family as everyone likes them.
Ingredients:
Fish
Potatoes
Salt/herbs to season
Lemon zest
1 Egg (OPTIONAL)
Bread crumbs (OPTIONAL)
Method:
Boil a large potato
Remove any fish bones
Blend the fish with lemon zest, salt/herbs
Add the cooked potato and mix well.
Now you can either make the burgers or you can make the burgers dip them into one whisked egg and then dip them into bread crumbs.
You can use a non-stick pan (no need to oil the pan) cook for 10-12 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
Rememeber:

Tips:
You can use frosted fish. But you need to allow time to defrost it appropriately before cooking it.
If you use fresh fish you can batch cook them and freeze them afterwards.
