Easy banana bread

Ingredients
2 bananas
1 egg
150g flour
60g sugar or even less
60g of sunflower oil
8g of raising agent
Method
Mash the bananas, add the egg, sugar mix them up and add the sunflower oil a bit at time.
Add then the flour and raising agent.
Mix well, place it in a tray and cook it in the oven at 195°C with fan for one hour.
