Yoghurt-Plums cake

Ingredients

2 eggs

80ml sunflower oil

125ml yoghurt

100g fruit purée

200g flour

10g raising agents

Method

Puree the fruits you have chosen with a blender. In my recipe I will use plums. Mix the eggs with sunflower oil, yoghurt and the fruit purée then add the raising agent and the flour. Mix well.

Oil a tin and dust it with some flour. Cook for around 40 mins at 180° C.

Tip

If you have yoghurt about to expire this is a great way to consume it and not waste it! Enjoy it!
