Ice Cream

Ingredients

3 ripe bananas

1/2 tbsp of yoghurt

Nut butter

Milk (any of your choice)

Method

Freeze the bananas for at least 2 hours or overnight.

blend the frozen bananas until smooth, I have added a bit of milk.

You can eat it this way by adding some nut butter on top.

Otherwise you can make it prettier and transfer it in a ice-lolly maker. You can scoop some yoghurt and nut butter between the first and second layer as a tasty surprise. Transfer the lollies in the freezer until set, then Enjoyyyyyy!
